1) Free Warranty Service Plan
① Warranty Period: 1-3 years warranty for products and accessories.
② Warranty Period Calculation: Upon successful acceptance.
③ Maintenance Method: We will conduct comprehensive inspections and maintenance on the lockers within the warranty period at least twice a year, generally around May Day and National Day. Maintenance will usually be carried out at night to avoid affecting your daytime operations. We will notify you in advance, and you will need to arrange specific times and night shift personnel.
④ Inspection and Maintenance Items: Check for lock misalignment, software operation, and cosmetic damage. Faults within the warranty period will be resolved free of charge by our company (excluding damage caused by human error).
⑤ Maintenance Report: After each maintenance, our personnel will issue a report on the maintenance, adjustments, and repairs to your company, which will be signed and confirmed by both parties.
⑥ Routine Repair Procedures: 24/7 service, on-site service within 24 hours of receiving a repair call, with a repair period not exceeding one week. When our after-sales service team receives a fault notification from your company via telephone, we will record your phone number, clarify the fault description, and our technicians will decide whether to provide on-site repair guidance based on the description. If the repair cannot be completed via telephone guidance, our technicians will immediately travel to your company for on-site repair. Accompanied by personnel from your company, we will open the cabinet for inspection and repair. After the repair is completed, we will fill out an after-sales service form, informing you of the fault and the handling results, and have it signed by the relevant person in charge at your company.
2) Paid Repair Service Fee Standards After the Warranty Period Expiration
After the warranty period expires, our company will still provide subsequent paid services. Depending on different customer needs, our company offers two personalized after-sales service options, as follows:
① Annual Lump-Sum Repair and Maintenance Plan: Our company will be responsible for repair and maintenance, with at least two comprehensive inspections and maintenances per year. Labor costs, travel expenses, and parts costs (excluding consumable parts such as printer cartridges and paper cutters for barcode printers) incurred during maintenance will be borne by our company.
② Per-Repair Plan Upon receiving notification from your company, we will provide on-site repair services. Your company will bear the costs of transportation, labor, and parts. Routine maintenance will be performed by your company's trained personnel.
③ Free Repair Plan. Your company will send personnel to our company for free training. Routine maintenance and repairs will be performed by your company's trained personnel.
3) Service Commitment
During the warranty period, we promise:
① We will be responsible for repairs, replacement of parts and materials, and related labor costs incurred due to quality issues.
② We will bear responsibility for losses caused by equipment quality issues in accordance with the "bailment contract" provisions of the Contract Law of the People's Republic of China.
③ We will send personnel to repair damage caused by human error; damaged parts will be provided for a fee.
After the free warranty period expires, we promise:
① We provide lifetime maintenance, with the user responsible for labor and material costs.
② We will provide upgrades and improvements for a fee, in accordance with user needs.
4) Training Services
Automated Locker Projects:
1) Training Time: Generally on the same day or the day after delivery to your designated location, depending on your needs.
2) Training Personnel: Our company's qualified professional technicians who have passed the required assessments.
3) Training Participants: 2-3 of your company's users, operators, and maintenance personnel.
4) Training Content: Includes basic use and operation of the electronic lockers, daily management operations for administrators, troubleshooting simple malfunctions, daily maintenance methods, daily management precautions for locker administrators, and dispute resolution procedures.
5) Training Effectiveness Confirmation: After the training, our company will conduct a brief assessment of the trainees. Those who pass the basic assessment must sign the training form to confirm their participation.
